Thumbs Up!

The day has come. Our last project defense has happened. It was a successful one. We were a bit nervous but we're still able to present our design since we worked hard doing it.

There are some questions that the panel asked. They gave us suggestions and sort of clarifications. There were also some changes and revisions to our documentation for further improvement.
It is good that our adviser, Engr. Hate, was there during our defense to give us support and to help communicate with the panel.
After we presented, we had a short discussion regarding the changes and clarifications with our project. All in all, it's a job well done.

Request Letter to BFAR

We already sent our letter to Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources to have our meeting with them. And we are still waiting for their response so we can have their suggestions pertaining our project. We are hoping to talk with them soon.

Title Proposal

Our Final Proposal: Design of Self-sustained Data Acquisition and Prediction System for Freshwater Aquaculture Our team offers to provide a solution about the water quality of the fresh bodies of water. The team proposes to design a self-sustained prototype that can measure the water parameters such as pH, dissolved oxygen, and etc. using different kinds of sensors and to develop an application that can store, map and predict values measured from the prototype. This is to solve problems like lacking of suitable equipment for monitoring water quality of the freshwater.

Milestone 1

As soon as our proposal was approved, we immediately made a draft for the chapter 1 because we believe its one of the critical parts of a project documentation. Every time we've done some changes, we consult our adviser. We had our latest discussion and pointed out some important things we've missed like having citations and others. Our project background was almost done. As a whole, our chapter one only needs minimal changes for it to be complete
